Unless otherwise specified, freight costs are additional. Lift-gate delivery, at additional cost, will be required if no loading dock is available. Please advise at time of order if there is not a shipping dock at the delivery location so a lift-gate delivery charge can be added. standard delivery rates include dock-to-dock services. Inside delivery is not included unless quoted as such.
Any freight received damaged must be refused or signed for as damaged. Freight claims, repairs, and reimbursement cannot be made after 5 days from freight carrier so BloodBankTech must be notified of any claim within 48 hours of delivery. Wherever possible, please include detailed photos of the damage with the original packaging so that we may start the freight claim process.
Freight industry policies prohibit BloodBankTech from taking responsibility for freight claims where BloodBankTech has not contracted with the freight carrier. BloodBankTech will be unable to submit claims for freight damage of provide restitution for freight damage expenses when using your own 3rd party carrier (even if it is the same carrier BloodBankTech uses).RETURN POLICY Equipment may be returned under the following conditions:
